These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quad Bikes Marrakech website and the booking of any experiences offered through our platform. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or participating in any of our activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. We encourage you to read this document carefully before proceeding with any booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or booking our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Quad Bikes Marrakech website, making a booking, or participating in any of our experiences, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the services provided by Quad Bikes Marrakech, a locally owned and operated adventure company based in Marrakech, Morocco. Your use of our website and your participation in any activity organized by our team constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the rules, obligations, and conditions set out in this document.
2. Our Services
Quad Bikes Marrakech offers a carefully curated range of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences in and around the stunning Agafay Desert, all designed to provide an authentic, safe, and truly unforgettable encounter with the Moroccan landscape and its rich Berber traditions. Our current activities include the following:
Quad Biking (1 Hour) — 1-Hour Quad Biking Agafay Desert Adventure through the rocky terrain and open desert tracks, available for all levels from complete beginners to experienced riders.
Quad Biking (2 Hours) — 2-Hour Quad Biking Agafay Desert Experience for those seeking a longer and more immersive desert ride.
Buggy Ride — 2 Seats (1 Hour) — Buggy Agafay Desert 2 Seats — 1 Hour Adventure, perfect for couples or pairs seeking an off-road thrill.
Buggy Ride — 2 Seats (2 Hours) — 2-Hour Buggy Agafay Desert Experience (2 Seats) across the dramatic desert landscape.
Buggy Ride — 4 Seats (1 Hour) — 1-Hour 4-Seat Buggy Ride Agafay Desert from Marrakech, ideal for groups and families.
Buggy Ride — 4 Seats (2 Hours) — 2-Hour 4-Seat Buggy Adventure Agafay Desert from Marrakech for a longer group off-road experience.
Camel Ride (1 Hour) — 1-Hour Camel Ride Agafay Desert Experience from Marrakech, offering a peaceful and authentic Moroccan trek with breathtaking views, especially at sunset.
Agafay Desert Dinner Show (Standard) — Agafay Desert Dinner Show (Standard) — Evening Experience combining a traditional Berber dinner under the stars with live Moroccan music and entertainment.
VIP Agafay Desert Dinner Show — VIP Agafay Desert Dinner Show — Luxury Experience offering a premium evening with elevated service and entertainment in the heart of the desert.
Tandem Paragliding — Tandem Paragliding Marrakech & Agafay Desert Experience, offering breathtaking panoramic flights over Marrakech and the surrounding desert landscape.
All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and participant health and fitness. Quad Bikes Marrakech reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel activities where necessary for safety or operational reasons, with no penalty to the customer.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings may be made directly through our website, by email, or via WhatsApp. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the Quad Bikes Marrakech team. We process bookings as quickly as possible and always aim to confirm your reservation within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note the following conditions regarding pricing and payment:
All prices displayed on our website are per person and inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any confirmed booking will always be honored at the price agreed at the time of reservation. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package or activity selected. All online payments are processed securely — we do not store any card information under any circumstances. Quoted prices include safety equipment, certified guide services, and hotel pickup and drop-off from Marrakech unless explicitly stated otherwise in the activity description.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We fully understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair, flexible, and transparent as possible for all parties involved. The following conditions apply to all cancellations and rescheduling requests:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a date of their choice at no extra cost. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund, or the option to reschedule once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, or in the case of a no-show on the day, no refund will be issued.
In the event that Quad Bikes Marrakech is required to cancel an activity due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond our control, all affected customers will receive a full refund or a complimentary reschedule at their convenience. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email to contact@quadbikesmarrakech.com or via WhatsApp to ensure proper documentation.
5. Guest Conduct & Eligibility
To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants, the following eligibility conditions and conduct standards apply to all bookings and activities without exception:
The minimum age to operate a quad bike or buggy independently is 16 years old. Children younger than 16 may participate as passengers with a supervising adult. All participants must be in good general physical health. We strongly recommend consulting a physician prior to booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, back problems, heart conditions, or other health concerns that may be affected by physical activity.
Any guest found to be under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance at the time of the activity will be refused participation without any refund being issued. All participants are required to follow the instructions and directives of our certified guides at all times and without exception — failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the activity. Any damage to equipment, vehicles, or property caused by reckless, negligent, or deliberately harmful behavior will be charged in full to the responsible party.
6. Safety Rules
The safety of our guests is the single most important priority at Quad Bikes Marrakech. Our team works tirelessly to maintain the highest possible standards of safety across all of our activities, and the following rules are strictly mandatory for every participant:
Helmets and all protective gear provided by Quad Bikes Marrakech must be worn throughout the entire duration of all motorised activities. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. All participants must attend and actively complete the full safety briefing delivered by our guides before any activity begins. Straying from designated routes, tracks, or riding areas is strictly prohibited at all times. Any medical conditions, physical limitations, recent injuries, or pregnancy must be disclosed to our team prior to participation so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Quad Bikes Marrakech reserves the right to refuse participation or to immediately halt an ongoing activity if any safety risk is identified, without a refund being issued. All of our guides hold current first aid certification and carry full emergency equipment during every activity, ensuring the highest possible standard of care for all guests at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
While Quad Bikes Marrakech takes every reasonable and practical measure to ensure the safety and complete satisfaction of all participants, our liability is necessarily limited in certain circumstances. Quad Bikes Marrakech cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss arising from a participant’s failure to comply with safety instructions, guide directives, or the rules set out in these Terms. We also cannot accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during any activity, and strongly advise all guests to leave valuables securely stored before participating.
Furthermore, Quad Bikes Marrakech cannot be held liable for any disruption, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances entirely beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, road closures, or force majeure events. By confirming a booking with Quad Bikes Marrakech, all participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor adventure activities. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website — including but not limited to written text, photographs, videos, logos, graphic elements, activity descriptions, and overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Quad Bikes Marrakech and is fully protected under applicable Moroccan and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of any content from this website without prior written authorization from Quad Bikes Marrakech is strictly prohibited. Any commercial use of content from this website is not permitted under any circumstances, and unauthorized use may result in legal action being initiated by Quad Bikes Marrakech.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in full accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in any way relating to these Terms, or to the use of Quad Bikes Marrakech services or website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco. By using our website and booking our services, you expressly and irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.
10. Changes to These Terms
Quad Bikes Marrakech reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law and evolving business practices. Any modifications will be published on this page, and the effective date at the top of the document will always reflect the most recent revision. We strongly recommend checking this page periodically to ensure you are always fully informed of the current Terms. Your continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
